Joan called Mom for Mother's Day and told her that Scott and BriAnna were taking Gary home today. Good news!!!

I just got an email from BriAnna and I thought I would share one of the pictures with you guys and what she said:

He was born May 3 at 12:58 am. He weighed 7 lbs 12 oz. He wasn't responding or turning pink, so they took him to the NICU to do some tests. We were told he had a heart disorder and needed surgery. The only surgeon who did this proceedure was in Charlottesville ant the UVA Medical Center and he was immediately Medvac'd there. He condition is called Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA). He will have the surgery on Monday.

Joan called last night to tell us that BriAnna had the baby she had a baby boy Gary Scott. Dont know the weight yet. Gary had to be sent to NICU because he had water in his lungs. Joan said that his valves were crossed and that they need to do an operation on Monday to fix it. Today they opened on of his valves they are hoping that the other opens by it self so they do not have to have the operation. Both Joan and Fred and BriAnna parents are on the way to help them out. So keep Gary in your prayers. I will let you know when I hear more.
